As well as quality, LUCE is very involved in being a “Socially responsible company” and has done volunteer work aimed at improving all relations both within and outside the company and to safeguard the environment within the system in which it operates.

LUCE promotes activities that increase their collaborators capability of expressing their professionalism and their “worth” and prefers to choose suppliers that have the same principles and objectives. It aims at satisfying not only the needs but also the expectations of all its clients in terms of quality, safety and reliability, it adheres to and supports non-profit organisation projects working within the community of reference.

LUCE is particularly keen on safeguarding the environment, starting from the design of the various components aiming at facilitating the use thereof and which can be completely re-cycled. In order to achieve this the least possible number of resources is used.

At the national convention “Un modo di pensare tanti modi di fare” (One way of thinking many ways of achieving) held at the Rimini Grand Hotel on 13 December 2004, LUCE, represented by Mrs Bruna Pagnutti, received from the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Trade, Industry and Crafts of Rimini and from the Regional Chairman for Labour (see photo) an award for her commitment as a “Socially Responsible Company” and the right to exhibit the logo “Crescita Responsabile” (Responsible growth).
